Bobbi Brown Helps FEED The United Nations World Food Program
The Feed Project was started in 2006 by Lauren Bush, the model and activist, when she designed a bag to help raise money for the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) School Feeding operations. On visiting many of the WFP’s food aid operations she took a keen interest on helping the School Feeding program which feeds and educates children in poverty.

Lauren Bush
Lauren took inspiration for the FEED bags from the bags the food was distributed in. The FEED 1 bag was born and was a reversible burlap and cotton bag stamped with “FEED the children of the world” and the number “1” to signify that each bag sold feeds one child in school for one year. By the end of 2008 over $4 million was raised.
All the FEED products are made from 100% organic cotton and natural burlap and as fairly as possible. These standards are tightly monitored and controlled to ensure certified fair labour facilities.

Now FEED teams up with Bobbi Brown. Going on sale in October a FEED makeup bag loaded with three of Bobbi’s best selling lip glosses in Petal, Rose Sugar and Aubergine. All proceeds from the $50 price go to the United Nations World Food Program’s food for work initiative.
